Return Policy
MEMBERSHIP - MONTHLY
There is a monthly membership fee to access our product line and ordering system. You can cancel at anytime by sending us an email.
Exchanges and Returns for General Items
All exchange/return requests must be received within 10 days from the date the product was received. Items must be returned in original packaging and packing material.
Please Note: Only items in new, unused and resalable condition can be returned within 10 days from the date the product was received for a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on USED items.
By law, any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely non-returnable. This protects you and your customers. We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
Exchanges
Your customer will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us. We will charge you the original cost to reship the exchanged item back to your customer. (Which should be passed along to your customer)
Refunds
Please note for refunds, there will be a restocking fee (usually 10% but, can be up to 20% depending on the condition of the product. The restocking fee should be passed along to your customer) and shipping charges are not refundable. Your customer will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us.

Please note: Your customer will be responsible for insuring the package to guard against loss or damage along with all fees and shipping costs associated to ship the item back to us.
